A recipe I found online specifically called for goats milk caramel, so I purchased this item. The impossible cake turned out perfectly. I was able to make it exactly the way I had hoped. This would be a good choice.
The content here is really good. A little warmed up and this would be perfect for a drizzly day.

It took a long time for shipping to arrive. There was an opening of the bottles. It was only the plastic seal that kept the products from coming out. Hence, I had to put them in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

I also ate a lot of caramel sauce in the past, probably quite a bit, but I don't remember ever tasting goat's Even though I cannot say whether or not it is the goat's milk, the process by which Josefa makes the product, or anything else, I can say that this brand of caramel sauce must be one of the best tastes of caramel sauce that I and my family have ever experienced. I consider the rich, smooth texture and taste of the caramel to be more than just a taste, I consider it to be exceptional, or extraordinary or even 'wow' if you will. Having just tried it for the first time was a 'wow' experience for me. My tasting was extremely satisfying since, as compared to other caramel sauces I've had before, this Josefa caramel sauce is two to three times thicker than most. While it doesn't need to be refrigerated, the sauce is wonderful even when not chilled. The thick consistency, however, is a great plus for me because, even though it does not pour readily onto ice cream, I find it really concentrates the caramel flavor, so that a little bit For me, sipping on a little bit of this goat's milk caramel sauce and allowing it to slowly dissolve in my mouth is one of the greatest pleasures of life. In my opinion, the 11 is the best.
