Except if you are looking for caramelized sugar all over, I would not recommend it. To make caramel, it has to be heated to it hardens when cooled. When this is heated to room temperature, it becomes liquid.

The other caramel sauce we were using for espresso lattes was different. I would recommend it, but I ordered the Ghirardelli caramel sauce instead. There is such a huge difference in taste between the two, that it makes the original T####i one look disgusting! The package that came with the chocolate and the caramel sauce came in huge bottles with pumps. A smaller bottle of the Sea Salt Caramel sauce is given to us. All of them are amazing!.
