As far as I am aware, dulce de leche is gluten free. Due to the fact that it is from Argentina, the exchange rate may have fluctuated a lot peso to dollar, which may explain the differences in price between different sellers. These two brands are both made in Mar del Plata Cachafaz and Chimbote.

As an Argentine, I have been drinking sweet milk my whole life. This is my favorite brand It appears to be just the right consistency (not too thick as the butter you use on cakes, and not too loose as some other brands). It is still the case that everyone's taste differs. My personal opinion is that it's a perfect flavor.

It is also very economical. I make banoffee pies for my son at least twice a week (he's 18 and wants his sweets - lol) and he has a favorite brand he enjoys. He grew up home in the UK and is always craving this dessert.

I love the flavor and consistency of this soup. A class above the rest! What a wonderful treat. I wish I could purchase a tub! The middle layer of cakes gets it added by me and I eat it on bread, alfajores, and cakes. All dishes are made delicious by it.

There is no doubt that dulce de leche tastes great. It is only because of shipping issues that I gave a low score It turned out the jars arrived damaged, so we were not able to use.
