Goya White Cooking Wine, 25.4 Ounce

After seeing recipes that called for wine, I decided to give it a try by adding 2/3 cup of Goya White Cooking Wine to a beef stew recipe, making sure that the wine was the only change I made to the recipe. In the end I had fantastic results with a wonderful flavor that made it clear what happens when alcohol is cooked Thanks a lot.

The wine I purchased was great! *First of all, I liked it because I got plastic instead of glass bottles. The fact that I'm clumsy always comforts me. In addition, it's THE SAME thing you're going to find in ANY cooking wine. I used it in two different stir fries and in lo mein. There was just the right amount of sweetness in the taste. I am not able to find it in my area. Cooking wines do not seem to compare to other wines in my view. It took me just a few sips of a white wine before I was completely satisfied. Among the finest wines in the world, I believe Goya is exceptional.

This is my favorite kind of There's no way you can beat the price and having this in your kitchen can't be beat. You would be surprised how much a cheap dry white wine can enhance your dishes.
