The recipe is perfect. I have been making my own balsamic glaze, which is just too tedious (not to mention difficult to clean up afterward). Served on avocado toast or as part of a prosciutto sandwich, this glaze is exceptional.
That one, which is made in NJ, I reviewed and put a 1 star on it just to avoid that thing. This one, however, is far better than that The one you want is nonna pia, or if you have the scratch, this one. The best ones are the ones that come from Italy, and if possible, avoid the ones that contain thickeners like.
I have no idea why grocery stores do not carry this stuff. It's my idea of heaven when I have fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and this stuff on top.
I am new to this product but I enjoy it on cut endive lettuce. You're doing a great job! A big thank you to my friend for sharing this recipe! I also love this, and so does my husband!.
One is at home and one is at work, both of which are used to prepare This flavor is excellent and its consistency is excellent!.
I thought it would be sweeter and less acidic, but it's more acidic than I As well as being slightly thicker, I guess it could be thinner. I still stand. This is good, and I am certain that the other bottle was much more expensive, so I am pleased. Not blown away by it, but not entirely disappointed either. When stored with the lid down, it consistently leaks out the top. It is unlikely that I will order again.
It is a condiment that can be used in so many ways. What I've eaten in good restaurants rivals what I've had from this brand. Glazed fish and chicken when baking or grilling is one of the ways I use it. It can be used as a salad dressing on several types of salads. A good dip for shrimp or chicken tenders is also available. The food is low in calories and the brand I use has a nice flavor without a strong vinegar taste. I keep some on hand all the time, and the bottle isn't big so it doesn't take up a lot of room in the pantry or refrigerator.
