My expertise in Balsamic Vinegars is limited, however, but I have always believed it to be a good thing. There were no problems with the self-brands. They tasted sweet and didn't seem to hurt my teeth. Without knowing it, I was missing out on so much. There is nothing like it in the world I grew up with. Although there are certainly better ones out there, for this price, the one I found is working for me. After searching the selection on Amazon, I didn't know what I could expect since I don't have a candy craving. It's great to have Balsamic Vinegar in my kitchen. This is the best balsamic vinegar I've found to buy outside of In Italy, I bought several bottles of balsamic vinegar that I will try after I get back home. My favorite vinegar is this one. It is thick and tastes great on salads, roasted vegetables, grilled fruit, etc. I bought the 1 liter bottle because the price is great and I use it up Using the 250 ml bottle as a hostess gift is a good decision.

One of the best balsamic vinegars I have ever tasted. A bigger gallon size is the better value for me, so I bought that from the company. Keeping the smaller one for serving and the larger one for refilling is how I keep mine. The stuff is awesome. It's worth it to spend more money on this.

If you buy online and cannot sample the product, this one has a relatively neutral taste, which is fine for online purchases. You can pick out your perfect flavor at a specialty store, but if you don't, this one has a neutral taste. There is a certain level of acidity that I do not prefer, but it's really good nonetheless The sweet and syrupy taste, and the quality of the product makes it an acceptable buy.
