Blazing Bella Balsamic (Traditional barrel-age, 250mg) does not contain any alcohol. It's hard to choose between their balsamic vinegars because they are all so good. I found this balsamic to be very thick, sweet and very enjoyable. It is probably the best balsamic I have tried for the money out of many high end products that I have tried. A brief update As I have now consumed 3 bottles of this balsamic, I still agree that it is an excellent product for the price. I've realized that it may not be the aged balsamic vinegar you would find at a higher price. Instead, I believe the balsamic vinegar has been thickened with thickeners and sugar which allows it to taste and behave like the higher priced balsamic vinegar. While I was using the grocery store balsamic and said I was switching back to red wine vinegar, my son remarked that I'm using inferior balsamic, so I did some research and found the pricing for balsamic to be extremely different. I was very excited to discover this product on Amazon and I immediately wanted to A couple days ago it arrived, and the first thing I noticed was that it had been displayed beautifully in a wooden box. It was my worry that it would arrive broken or damaged, however the box not only protected the bottle but also left me with a beautiful souvenir box. As soon as I tried the balsamic vinager, it took me back to my beautiful time in Italy, the flavor is incredible, and it doesn't require any other food or drink. A coin for a coin price was worth more than I paid. It is a product I would highly recommend.
Despite its very thick viscosity, it is delightfully thin. My first thing with the package was to cut up some golden cherry tomatoes, and then sprinkle salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar over them!
