I had a box that was soaked in oil when my last order was delivered by Amazon. There were cracks in the bottles' caps and the seal on the bottles was open. The package was well We didn't find any broken bottles. A seal is all that is needed. I am unsure of what they are doing when they ship. It was a pleasure to work with them. The refund was processed and I reordered two You must try it because you love it so much.
There is nothing better than Wegmans for me! I think it's the best grocery store in the nation, and I wish they would expand into the midwest! These oils are great for cooking and making a variety of dishes as well. The items I ordered for my mom are something she loves. The only complaint I have toward the shipper is that some of the oil was spilled out as it was delivered. In the first bottle, you could tell there had been a spill because the oil felt oily, and the amount of liquid was less than it was in the second bottle. The bottles were wrapped up tightly so that they wouldn't leak, and you could tell that the shippers tried their best to do this. It's difficult to suggest how to prevent this from happening in the future.
Oil of this quality is excellent. The price of buying it directly from Wegman's is much higher than buying it online.
