It is in plastic bottles, so I would never have purchased this oil if I had known that. The plastic in which any oil is packaged will absorb chemicals. It is the job of oil to do that. There is a possibility it will affect Bottled in glass, the best oil is of the highest quality. There might be other ways they've cut corners with the manufacture of this oil.
