This is a little too bitter! It was my sister who gave me a bottle of Flax oil, and I put it on salads since the flavor was so nice

However, this brand has a very BITTER taste to it. I am prone to forget to take the medication every day, thus I rarely remember to take it. It is my understanding that the "sludge" at the bottom of the bottle is highly nutritious as well. There are no sludges or bubbles in this oil.
