"Not a significant source of dietary fiber," it says on the back of the bottle. Vitamins A and H are found in sugars. It is essential for the body to obtain vitamin C, calcium and iron."

Is there a health benefit to this?

As far as I know, Corn Oil offers the same health benefits as Olive Oil but comes at a much lower cost. I have purchased it because of this reason. It is particularly good to use this brand.

Can You Tell Me What It Tastes ?

This is disgusting. There is nothing good about this. Our largest grocery chain here has rebranded generic corn oil, and it has a higher quality than the generic oil that I get. Having no taste, even when cooked in biscuits at high heat, for example, is a problem for that one. There is a slight sweetness to it The hint is just that. There must be another brand of clean cold-pressing fluid in existence. I wish there was some good reputable company to produce it There are only a few options in the filtered list and they don't get great

There was a $25 charge for it. As of the date of purchase, I had 83! It's now that I regret it.

I found it to be overpriced and small

I love this brand, but make sure you go to your local grocery store to get it. I paid $3. 55 for a 40oz bottle at my local store, which was way overpriced. Here you get only 96 Oz in place of 50. It was my mother's and I bought it from her. I was embarrassed when she showed me how small it was as it was against the law for her to try it.

Even though corn oil is corn oil, this is a staggering price hike. At the supermarket, I picked up the larger jug (128 oz) for half the price of the smaller one.
