There is a very high amount of omega-3 in corn oil Six fatty acids are present. You shouldn't heat these oils as they are unstable. Use these oils as soon as possible because they go rancid very So they can claim there is no trans fat in the 14g serving, they chose the size so as to claim 0g. Corn 'oils' are extracted from the kernel by heating and using hexane (a solvent). I no longer eat stuff like this, as I do my best to take care of my body.

Oil was removed from the bottle cap and then replaced with a new one. The cap fell off the bottle and into my hand, it would not have done so with an unaltered cap. There is a new cap on top of the original one.
