Listed on the package is the "best by" date. With dry milk powder, however, if it's kept in an airtight container, I'm not sure how long you could keep it. The powder comes in a heavy bag with a resealable seal. As soon as I open it, I would probably store it in glass (that's just my preference).
This works well for me and my family when backpacking since they love coffee with cream. prefer the taste of this flavor to that of the Milk powder that is fat-free. As well as using it to prepare dishes, it also serves as an ingredient for other dishes.
There is no specific information I can provide. It is not the first time I have used this product. I ordered this milk powder some time ago. believe it's best to keep the product sealed in the refrigerator to extend its life.

I am not a milk drinker, somewhat lactose intolerant, and I was tired of my milk spoiling. In the past, I've used dry skim milk, but it never seemed to have a good flavor. Reading descriptions and reviews of whole milk powders is part of my research process. One of my friends who drinks milk raved about this one, so I decided to give it a try. So, I've been using it for about a week, and I've used up 3 pints of it so far. Dry cereal was mostly what I used it for. I was able to use it in recipes as well. There is no truth to the claim that it does not dissolve in warm water. Mixing the powder with warm water was no problem for me. To see if the blender makes a difference, I used a whisk, but I may try one just to see. As for the taste, I like it. As for this product, I have no complaints. I will buy the larger size when I need to order again.
This is a good meal! Because I have Celiac disease, I am not able to consume milk powders packaged in facilities with cross-contaminated wheat. As well as Vitamin A Palmitate and Vitamin D3 (lanolin), which are commonly added to milk and powdered milk in the name of "progress", I am allergic to these substances as well.
