Is this powdered milk instant or a non-instant milk powder? instant?

I'm not sure what I'm saying. I use it exclusively in baking.

Is it possible that the high heat treatment has denatured the enzymes?

To tell you the truth, I have no idea. I bought it because I use powdered milk in a bread recipe.

Is this milk the same as dry milk used in baking? To deactivate enzymes in the milk, bakers milk is processed differently. ?

Bakers dry milk is something I've never heard of. Before switching to Bpb's Red Mill dry powdered milk, I experimented with a few different brands. It's the best; I don't buy any other milk because I use it for drinking, cooking, and so on.

Disappointed to the point of frustration

The product was far too good to be true. I'm not sure why they're so expensive. I usually enjoy Bob's Red Mill products, but this one was a disappointment. Disappointed to say the least.

I'll use shelf milk from the dollar store, a bit of my previous batch of yogurt, and some dry milk to make my own yogurt

I combine everything in my Dash yogurt maker and set the timer for eight hours; my yogurt is much better because I used regular dry milk rather than instant dry milk.

Advertisement that is not true

I purchased this item because the label in the photos stated that it contained 0 grams of sugar and 0 grams of added sugar. I'm really disappointed because I can't use it for my keto diet anymore. This product contains 11 grams of sugar, and I'm not even allowed to return it. Be wary of buyers!.

Advertising that is deceptive

I purchased this product because the advertisement stated that it contained no sugar, but when I received it, the label stated that it contained 11 grams. I have diabetes and it is a waste of money because I am unable to return the product! Do not purchase if you are looking for a sugar-free product!!.

Milk powder was torn and strewn about

The product was delivered on time, but the milk powder had begun to spill when the box was opened. At the corner, we noticed a ripped area. On the surface, it appears to be harmless, and it may appear that it has had no effect on the bag, but when you tip it over, it spills a lot! With this small tear, I'm hoping it wasn't caused by a rodent or something, and I'm hoping for a replacement as soon as possible. So far, there hasn't been any luck! — RECENT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I'm giving it three stars because I wasn't able to get a replacement but received a refund.
