As a bonus, the packaging is terrible once you open it, and it can't be stored in the box it came in. You will need a container that can seal properly to store it and if it is properly sealed, it should last for about a month. I just wanted to let you know that the milk tastes great. It just needs to be stored properly

In the product details, 3% is listed as the amount of fat based on USRDA. The milk fat % listed on the label has no impact on the final product. The cream in this is at least as rich as that in whole milk, so at least it will be comparable to most powdered milks.

In the packaging, the product is bad. The smoothie I made with it was good. The following 2 things are negative There is no need to use a zipper bag. Having a problem using enough milk before it spoils, I bought powdered milk in order to avoid this problem. It's easier to use milk without having to freeze it, or having to thaw it, before using Then, if I don't want this wasteful procedure to happen, I get to repackage. ***Note This is for one gallon only. The following options are for those of you who want to make a cup at a time. Mix 3 tablespoons of the powder with 8 ounces of Whether I will purchase this brand again is a question I cannot answer.
I really don't want to have to change the file package. Getting milk from the store is cheaper than powdered milk, and that's what I've been doing all along. My goal was to make milk as simple as possible. With the limited directions, it didn't work out that way. Taking out my calculator, I calculated one cup by doing the math and then it had to be packaged.
The situation is now different. I don't recognize the powder as milk powder. It happens to look and feel like milk powder, yet will not mix in warm or cold Is there a secret to success? The fact that there are no instructions on how to mix smaller quantities than a gallon means I have to buy my milk powder somewhere else. My goal is to complete this as soon as possible!.
There is a sense that Anthony's products are consistently of good quality regardless of whether I try the cacao nibs, the coconut flakes or the fenugreek seeds. My glass of milk had nothing but the right aroma upon opening, with precisely the right flavor, good color and white. I used a juice bullet with cold water to get a foamy milk I could dip toast in or use for cookies. Since the powder is so fine, cold water is needed in addition to a spoon to mix with it. Two slices of bread became a thick, filling french toast with only 1 egg left. With this milk and their coconut flakes powdered, two slices of bread became as filling as four slices.
It is nice product, like its packaging, it's easy to close it and store it. There was nothing special about it, but it tasted good. I like the convenience of it.
I've tried several powdered milk products and this is the best. I feel that the zip seal on the bag could be better.
the best with warm water or even better with hot.
I like it.
This product definitely tastes better than the store brand, but you will pay a slightly higher price. Currently, I'm just going around trying each new brand whenever I run out of my current one. There are a few more brands with better price per amount, but right now, I'm just going around testing them all. In addition, the bag remains intact, and it is well-made so that the contents do not come exploded as they do with some other brands. I also like the zip on the bag, but I dump everything into a container anyway. When I have all my containers full, this will come in handy. I am not too unhappy with the overall result.
