Several weeks ago I bought these at a store for a clearance price. Ultimately I had to turn to Amazon because I couldn't find it anywhere else. They have a low sodium content without affecting the taste, which is very important to me. It was nice and it was good The crispy texture you get when baking or frying. I really like the taste of this product, and love that it does not have tons of unnecessary filler ingredients that prolong shelf life. I will.

This is definitely one of my favorites when it comes to gluten-free panko. I've been on a low FODMAP diet for over a year now, and I haven't found an alternative to bread that I like. A great tasting gluten-free product is difficult to find During my hunt for free panko crumbs, quite a few times I found that they resemble fine bread crumbs more than panko. When I was traveling last year, I came across Aleia's Gluten Free Panko Crumbs at a Whole Foods store and thought they might be worth trying. It was so much fun and they were so great Once I had found them, I couldn't find them anywhere until I decided to check Amazon's inventory. I ordered two more containers immediately. I'm so glad to have found them again and be able to spend time with them. In addition, they are very reasonable in price.

It always tastes good but can be a pain to clean up

My goal is to lose weight while avoiding gluten, which causes me problems. I cut down on carbs as well as try to avoid sugar. As such, I still like some breading on my chicken and fish, and so I purchased this item. It does not stick all that well to certain types of fish or chicken unless they are dipped in eggs first. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 for that reason. It must be pretty common for that to happen. The stickier it is, the better it tastes. As an alternative to frying, I use it on baked meat, which reduces oil consumption.
