Questions & Answers
Wheat flour, sugar, yeast, soybean oil, and salt are all used in this recipe.
The best use by date is January 2021, which I recently purchased. Many people store the crumbs in ziplock bags, and some even freeze them to keep them fresh. But I'm confident that I'll be able to use it all up.
There are two in each bag. Panko crumbs (approximately 5 pounds) The size of a serving is determined by the amount of meat or vegetables that will be consumed. In a bag, I'd estimate there are about 50 (1/4 cup) servings.
The bag is made of a plastic that has been coated with a metallic finish. The interior appears to be made of foil. It is not compostable, in my opinion.

The bag I received just a few days ago (Expiration Date: 11JUL2019) is badly rancid, as others have already stated. Don't take a chance with your life. You won't be able to take it back.
I attempted to return it, but it was not accepted for return. This product clearly has a flaw.
Although the bag I received had an expiration date of seven months, it was so stale that I had to discard it. I'm not sure how they store these, but I'm sure it's not in good condition.
When the order arrived, the bag had been punctured and the crumbs were all over the bottom of the box because it had not been reinforced for shipping. I was planning on returning or replacing the item, but this company does not accept returns? I will not place another order with them! You must decide whether or not to take a chance on your own.
Love it! Kikkoman consistently produces high-quality products, as I have come to expect. Also, I despise having to buy at least two boxes of "store-bought" items. To make a single Tonkatsu meal, you'll need to buy a "family-size" package. This mass-produced item is For meals, the pack size has been ideal (and has reduced the amount of packaging that ends up in landfills). With the right recipes, it won't absorb a lot of oil. see the photos Deep-fried tonkatsu, quickly drained in a fryer basket, and set aside on paper towels for 5 minutes.
Panko crumbs are stored in vac seal containers and remain fresh, dry, and ready to use time after time.
I've only recently begun to use this product in some new recipes, and they've turned out fantastically. br>I was disappointed to see a 12-month expiration date. JUL- It's nearly September, and I'm 19 years old. br>I wouldn't mind if I used the entire bag right away, but since I won't be using it for a few months, I'd prefer a fresher product.
When combined with other ingredients such as corn, it makes a fantastic carp pack bait.
