This is a delicious, mildly spicy, crispy dish. In my air fryer, I like to use it on fish.

In a gift basket, I received my first package of this. I no longer use any other fish breader. In fact, I recently purchased a case. We catch a lot of fresh fish, and I love how simple Louisiana Fish Fry makes it. All you have to do now is shake off the excess moisture from the fish and roll it in the breader. It adheres so well to the fish that you can pan fry it in a small amount of oil rather than wasting a lot of oil in a deep fryer. Crispy and flavorful fish is consistently produced. We prefer the Seasoned variety; unless you have an asbestos tongue, avoid the Cajun variety.

GMO INGREDIENTS WERE USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS PRODUCT. On the bags, it says so at the bottom of the ingredients list. THE REASON THE INGREDIENT LIST IS NOT SHOWN ANYWHERE ON THE SALE SITE IS PROBABLY FOR THIS REASON. SALES PRACTICES THAT ARE HORRIBLE.

This is my favorite breading to use on its own or in combination with other seasoned breadings. We make it a point to always have some on hand. For our fried fish, we prefer this to going out to eat. I used to dip my fried fish in a sauce, but now that I've tried this Louisiana Fish Fry, I'm content to eat it plain.
