Except for the slightly spicy southern flavor, it's almost identical to shake and bake. I haven't tried the air fry fish flavor yet, but the other two, chicken and pork, work well in both a conventional and an air fryer.

I like the Louisiana batter fry mixes and use them without the paddle in my delonghi. This product appealed to me because it was labeled as an AIR FRYER. It was very simple to use, and it did a good job of coating. There was a lot of breading on this, in my opinion. I tried all three types (pork, chicken, and fish) that were included in the box. It's not my cup of tea, but I believe it's just a personal preference that I don't care for the flavor profiles of any of the varieties. br>It's not that I don't like it; it's just that I don't think it's right for me. v/r rch v/r rch v/r rch v/r rch v/r rch v.
This stuff is incredible! Buy it. It's not spicy, but it's tasty. It did an excellent job browning my food.
This was a poor product. I used the fish and chicken, which were neither crispy nor tasty. I was extremely dissatisfied, and I'm now stuck with six boxes of this vile product; don't make the same mistake I did by wasting your money.
This goes great with my Air Fryer chicken. It's a cinch to make and so delicious. The chicken is moistened as a result of this process.
Breads are fine, and the rest of the meal goes well. However, I am not a fan of the flavor. The Flavor, in fact, was one of my biggest pet peeves. I presented a box to my sister. and she handed it back to me, saying, "This stuff is disgusting!".
I use this breading on my air fryer chicken because it's delicious and not too spicy. A++.
In a Ninja Foodi Grill (air crisp mode), I used this mix to make chicken wings, and the results were fantastic. The breading did not burn, and the flavor was better than I had anticipated. With that said, I thought the breading needed a little more flavor, so I've been adding a pinch of salt to the mix before coating the chicken pieces to get the flavor profile I like. My only gripe is that the price per box (at the time of this review) is slightly more than $3 per box. I was able to make my own mixture for a fraction of the price using traditional flour and my own spice blend, so I'm not sure it's worth purchasing at this time. As I previously stated, the flavor was quite good, but the overall value for money was not particularly high.
So far, I've only had the pork chops mix. When I decided to try the mix, I already had my chops seasoned. Because the mix had already been seasoned, mine were a little too salty. However, I believe that most premixes would benefit from some flavor enhancement.
