This can be used if you are able to deep fry it. I've only done two pounds so far. It was TERRIFIC! of catfish! This Golden Dip gets a ten out of ten rating from me!

There is no leakage, but the boxes are crushed, floppy, and distorted, making them difficult to store in the pantry.
This is my go-to veggie and fish batter made with beer! For some reason, all of the grocery stores were sold out. Thank you for your reasonable price compared to the big box stores I frequent in Hawaii!.
I tried other brands and they didn't compare to this one when it came to making halibut. Dark beer, on the other hand, does not have the same flavor as light beer. Corona is my favorite beer.
At Amazon, you can get a great deal and it's always in stock.
The quality of this product was poor. I was a little let down. That brand of beer batter is one of my favorites, but these boxes had to have gotten wet because they weren't quite right.
When it comes to deep frying, I only use this brand. Because none of my local markets had it, I had to order it. It has a great flavor.
This is a fantastic fish batter.
