This tempura is gluten-free and delicious! Crispy to the extreme. I made regular tempura with just water, and GF beer battered fried chicken and waffles with the best GF beer battered fried chicken and waffles I've ever had! I went out and bought four more boxes. I can't say enough good things about it!.

The amount is deceiving

It had a nice flavor. It was easy to make, but you'd think that given the size of the box, you'd get more. The box's bag was only about a quarter full.
