Microwave it for a few more minutes. I'd start with 10 seconds and work my way up; I've never had them doughy before, but I recall reading that somewhere. Everyone's microwave is unique!
Breakfast is the best time to eat it, but it can also be eaten as a quick and filling snack.

They have a great flavor, cook in 60 seconds, and are made with a variety of healthy ingredients. They also contain 10 grams of protein. However, if you're buying something on Amazon, double-check your prices or you might end up paying too much. I paid $20 for 12 of them. 00, which is a good price, but I also saw them for a much higher price when I looked around. If the total cost is greater than $2. 00 each, keep looking for a better deal; in the meantime, for less than $2, keep looking. They're a great quick breakfast or snack for only $1. 50 each.
I've been keeping track of my macros. Snacks with a lot of protein are what you're looking for. People in my macros group all rave about this product, and with such high Amazon ratings, I felt comfortable purchasing it despite having never tried it. br>br>Ugh, there's a reason I only buy things that allow me to return them for free. This filthy thing cost me $25! br>br>I followed the instructions to the letter and it turned out looking and tasting like paste, which was revolting. br>br>I tried it again, this time with water instead of almond milk and for a longer time in the microwave, and while the consistency was better, the taste was still awful. It left a foul, indescribable, artificial aftertaste in my mouth that lingered for quite some time, with no trace of maple flavor. br>br>It's one of my biggest pet peeves when products claim to have maple flavor when there isn't any. I'm a huge fan of maple, but this was revolting. It has a fake artificial taste to it, and it is also very dry. br>br>The third time, I tried adding peanut butter to mask the unpleasant flavor, but even peanut butter couldn't help. br>br>I'm only finishing them because they were so expensive and I won't be able to return them. It also has a protein content of 10g. But I'm not going to buy it again. br>br>I'm aware that I'm in the minority, but consider yourself forewarned. If you want to give it a shot, I strongly advise purchasing a single pack from a grocery store and tasting it first, as Amazon will not accept returns.
I just got these the other day and had one for breakfast; they were delicious! You pour in 1/4 cup of water, stir it up, and then microwave it for one minute. You'll get something that looks like a cupcake but tastes like a pancake. with- flavoured with syrup One cup contains 10 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber, as well as 250 calories. It contains 7 grams of fat and 4 grams of carbohydrates. 5 g saturated fat So, while it may not be the healthiest breakfast option, it is tasty and filling. I think I can go a few more hours without snacking.
This may assist with the first. br>br>Thus far, everything has gone well. br>br> Wait a minute or two, or even four minutes, for the full flavor and doneness really required for pancakes. Cooked 9 seconds on a fairly high power microwave; it appears to continue to cook even after it's removed from the microwave, so wait a minute or two, or even four minutes for the full flavor and doneness really required for pancakes. It will appear to be a little non-sensical. It's not quite done, but that's because it doesn't brown in the pan like pancakes do. If you don't have time to clean up after making pancakes, I can help you satisfy your craving. a bad idea: When you add a little butter, the flavor is amplified. Now, if only we could find a whole grain, healthy pizza. It would be fantastic if you could make a cup out of it.
These power cakes are far too delicious to keep on hand. It's so simple to eat one and then another of these as a snack. They aren't particularly filling, but they are incredibly delicious. Because the instructions call for the item to be microwaved for one minute, I'm trying to figure out if I can take these backpacking and make a pancake out of the mix using boiling hot water and my cozy.
Although this is a fantastic product, it does not always arrive in good condition. This is how the item on the top left arrived, but the rest of the box was fine; this is the second time it has happened. Because of this, I'm not sure I'll renew my subscription.
This is a fantastic snack. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of my suggestion below. There should be a "fill up to here" line because I've accidentally put too much water in (due to the fact that I'm at work and can't get an exact measurement) and it's turned into a pile of mush on a couple of occasions. However, there have been times when I've been able to accurately measure water. It's absolutely incredible!.
Big fan! This brand was recommended by a couple of coworkers, and I recently discovered it. Any product that is quick, easy, tasty, and high in protein is one of my favorites. So far, I've tried Kodiak Kakes frozen waffles (not available on Amazon) and have placed an order for another flavor of the flapjack cups. To make them more filling, I occasionally add protein powder.
