I have one package of duncan hines dark chocolate fudge mix (1lb. According to the package, 1/18 of the package has 16 gm (so it appears to be roughly 1 gm of sugar for every ounce). Various varieties of the Duncan Hine differ from one another.
It is designed to be baked, however, so you may be able to bake this one.
There is a chocolate powder brownie mix in the product.
As far as I'm concerned, this is the best brownie mix on the market, even if it doesn't have choy! These are what I buy all the time. I particularly enjoy the dark chocolate ones. My recipe is for a 9x13 dish with a double batch. It only takes three eggs, two-thirds cup of water, and three-quarters cup of oil for me to make the fudgiest brownies!

It is shocking that we do not have access to Duncan Hines products at our local supermarket. We brownie eaters are doing ourselves a disservice by eating these brownies. It's nice to see Amazon serving these boxes up fast and furious.
My favorite flavor of these is slightly better than I enjoy this neutral chocolate so much because it isn't trying to make a big bold statement like some other brands do. A man can become bitter and over-processed to the point of making a product become bitter. I have no problem with that.
I had a different experience with it With only one egg in it, the brownie turned out mushy and hard to cut (it crumbled). The recipe called for 2 eggs (as it described in the box), so we thought it was more like a cake.
great three pack at a great price. We can't find this mix in our local stores and it's our family's favorite mix for quick bake snacks. I also like how easy it is to mix flavors up.
