Your bag does not list nutrition facts. I am not sure why. Regardless, I think mine was a special deal bag since I paid more? This is a product I have purchased twice and have had no problems with the taste. We have found this to be some of the best cocoa we have ever had. It's my regret that you had such a difficult time.
There are grams of fat in the meal. The amount per tablespoon is 5 grams. A trans fat-free diet is recommended. There's nothing better than this stuff!

A couple of words about the cocoa I love it It is unacceptable, however, that the "new" bag packaging is supposed to save space or whatever! The texture is similar to powdered sugar, but it is Because cocoa gets into the zip ridges, the bag does not zip back up, no matter how careful I am. It was ultimately decided that I would dump some of the water The excellent tub in which this cocoa used to be came to me in a deeply regrettable loss. In my view, the decision to redesign the packaging was made to save money for Rodelle, not to make it more efficient or easier for the consumer. When I open the bag, the cocoa is all over my hands and clothes.
I love the rich, creamy flavor of this cocoa powder! Having used it for quite a few years, I have always enjoyed the brownies, hot chocolate, cookies, and everything else I've made with it. Chocolate ice cream with a decadent taste. While I have tried several other brands, this one possesses a more robust chocolate flavor. I do a lot of gluten-free baking Baking with grain free and coconut flour is my favorite. My flourless brownies also rely heavily on cocoa powder. This one is excellent! This is a highly recommended product.
As a result of the success of it, I am now writing another. The no bake oatmeal drop cookies with cocoa powder didn't turn out the way they did because the cocoa powder shouldn't have complemented the oatmeal so well. It's not as if they're bakers, so that already puts them at a disadvantage, but this cocoa powder has made them a competitor at every level, including the It's so good that I wonder why I eat every bit of it. The cacao powder is what it is. You can tell how rich and quality this product is. There are many others with good reviews, so I decided to buy this based on all of the good As I selected this one in April, I don't remember why I decided to do so, but I am certain it was because of the effect it was having on me. You've made the right choice. I think if I'm making a chocolate dessert for a crowd and I'm trying to impress, this may be the best option.
In comparison to Hershey's or Nestle, this cocoa has a substantially better quality. As soon as you start using Dutch processed cocoa in your baking, cooking, or drinks, you won't go back to regular cocoa. You can include it in your dishes to add depth and richness. It's a good idea to mix cocoa with another dry ingredient before adding it to liquid (such as sugar, flour, spices, corn starch, etc. ). Typically, it clumps together and sinks to the bottom. Although there will be some clumps that are impossible to break up by vigorously stirring and whisking, you should be able to dislodge most of them. The flavour profile of this cocoa is much stronger, and the people may not appreciate it fully if they take a 1/4 teaspoon or more in a single bite. About one dollar is the cost of the bag. The 8 oz. can be divided into five or two portions. At the local grocery store, there are some containers.
This cocoa is my favorite to use in my chocolate. We make cake/cupcakes. In any case, it was a disappointment that Amazon placed the item in one of their shipping bags rather than in its own box. Box of a small size. My first reaction was to open it up and find that it was a disaster. A hole appears to have been popped in Although I usually don't have issues with Amazon packages, the last 2 I received arrived damaged. The packaging was the only reason for taking one star off.
There are many rave reviews for this book.
To monitor fair, safe, and sustainable farming practices, Rodelle's Gourmet European Dutch Processed Baking Cocoa is governed by a strict internal control system. deals with partners who are able to verify that their farmers are being treated fairly. There is a cooperative as well as processing companies. Rodelle's cocoa farmers, along with the help of our partners, also have access to social programs and botanical consultations, enabling them to develop stronger communities and produce a better product. This is how Rodelle ensures that the most amount of funds and help goes directly to There are a lot of different certification programs, including Fair Trade, but only a few guarantee that 50% of the premium paid reaches the farmers in the form of cash or assistance. We try to have more direct contact and require that all our partners have international experience. Our requirements will be verified by the employees and programs in each country. In the wake of our founder being a Peace Corps volunteer and with that experience behind us, we believe offering the highest quality cocoa at a fair price with our own monitoring will have a greater impact than a product that is more concerned with marketing its brand than with monitoring the farming practices.
The taste is almost as good as Pernigotti, and I will definitely buy these again if there is ever a shortage of Pernigotti wines.
