I can usually get it locally, but lately I have had difficulty getting it. For an Oreo taste, mix half this [or any other Dutch processed cocoa] with half black cocoa powder.

The powdered cocoa that I purchased was recommended by a friend who puts it in the top five of powdered cocoas. have tried it at least 15 times and it doesn't work I made a chocolate cake and hot cocoa for my family. There is less powder at the bottom of the cup of this brand when compared to other brands because it mixes well in liquids and is ground finely. was so taken by its taste that I gave about half of it to a friend. Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa has a stronger, richer chocolate taste than Hershey or Ghirardelli, and I often combine Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa with Hershey for my recipes to get a perfect balance. Brownies and fat-free chocolate shakes are my favorite recipes to use both ingredients together. Rodelle and I both used to be little before I discovered her. This is err. It is the dream of every baker! Don't think that this is simply chocolate powder in a darker shade. There is a much stronger chocolate flavor in BLACK cocoa as opposed to white cocoa. Dark chocolate is not what you think of when you think Oreo. Adding this cocoa to yogurt, cakes, or other baked goods will allow them to reach their highest level of oreo flavor. In cooking, this cocoa reacts the same as regular cocoa, but the taste is definitely different. There's only one tablespoon of this that you will need, so this is quite good value for money. When you dig your spoon into this black cocoa, you will find it easy to break up, even if it seems clumpy in the can. The product is excellent! I highly recommend it!.
You won't be able to explain the difference between this and a can of Hershey's, but you will definitely notice it. You can't really compare it to anything else because it's simply more rich, less bitter, and tastes much better in general. Don't forget to treat.
You can definitely use this in baking if you want to get an excellent chocolate/cocoa flavor, but it is also very expensive. In fact, it exceeds the price range of most.
