It isn't organic, to be sure.
Yes, absolutely! This cocoa is used for pretty much everything. It makes a delicious icing.
a cardboard box with a metal lid
I'm not sure, but I think the answer is "no." This cocoa's reddish color is due to the Dutch processing method, not the Ruby cacao processing method. Unlike Ruby chocolate, which I understand is not very strong, it still has a strong chocolate flavor.

I originally purchased this item for my daughter, who is allergic to all peanuts, tree nuts, and coconuts, including walnuts, almonds, pecans, and a variety of other nuts. I called the number on the back to double-check that this was a completely free facility, and when I got a response, I was extremely upset. I was told there were no nuts in the facility, but they did process almonds for the workers. An almond is not a nut, and it should not even be listed on their entire label that they produce almond products in the facility near the machine that makes cocoa powder. How do I add that if I had given this to my daughter, she would have died and I would not have known anything about it other than the fact that my child died in my arms. If you are buying this product for someone with a nut allergy, please think twice because it could seriously cause an issue in your household over what exactly killed my family member. This product is false advertising because it contains a form of nut that is processed in their facility, and you should not purchase it.
I put it up against Hershey's dutch cocoa and found it to be far superior. If you want to spoil yourself or someone special with a delectable chocolate dish, this is well worth the money.
Cocoa is used in baking, frostings, garnishes/decorations, and hot beverages. A good cocoa, in my opinion, has a flavor that is distinct from any solid or milk chocolate, while also being versatile and workable enough to be the star of a multi-course meal. a layered cake or a crinkle cookie That is exactly what this product offers. The flavor is traditional and rich. On the nose, there's cocoa without being tangy or too alkaline, and there's even a subtle floral note that you won't get with Hershey's (which I find perfectly acceptable and superior to their solid chocolate products). It's a dream to work with because it's easy to sift and emulsify with fats. I'd only buy it in small quantities because I believe that a good product like this requires freshness. It's something I'll keep doing!.
This was the cake I made for my mother's birthday - layers, as well as the buttercream icing. My chocolate-obsessed family raved about it. Hot chocolate and chocolate cocktails are also delicious. I am overjoyed that I came across this. More are on the way!.
This cocoa powder was extremely well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. br>This is now my go-to baking cocoa. It has a subtle, earthy flavor that doesn't taste like dirt, and every time I open the tin, I get a nice, strong charge of chocolate essence. I've used this powder to make two of my best chocolate cakes. I would purchase this item again.
Have you ever heard of chocolate as a means of death? This is absolutely incredible. I also used it to make chocolate crisp wafers (for a crumb crust) and it was delicious! I recently sent a canister to my sister as a gift, and I'm confident she'll be pleased with the outcome.
We were blown away by the quality and flavor it added to our recipes. This product comes highly recommended.
The container of cocoa powder had been broken and the contents had been emptied into the shipping envelope, as you can see in the attached photo. The outside of the packing envelope was also covered in cocoa powder. This item is not something I would recommend buying.
