I like the color of this bacon--it looks almost white, and it has a mild taste. As far as I am concerned, this is the first item I have received from Tastefully Simple that is of low quality.

There is no comparison between the two products. The skin used to be red and is now In addition to the overall texture, the taste is also different. It's a shame this one didn't live up to the original.

It's easier to be vegan

As hard as it may be at times to be a vegan. It helps because I am not going to have to give up the taste or texture of bacon but still stay within my dietary guidelines. The fact that that this is so good on salads, mashed potatoes, and stuffed peppers still amazes me. If you try this out, I guarantee you'll continue purchasing more in the near future.
