When I ordered SIX items on Amazon, only ONE was shipped

It is probably a very good product but Amazon shorted me FIVE and shipped the ONE package that was not the right one The envelope should be padded. The small crumbs may be to your liking, but for me it was not. I bought a great deal from Amazon but may have to reconsider my purchase It is obvious that this is not true Amazon food items are returnable, but I did not find a way to speak to a human to explain this and other shortages I found when ordering food through the site.

There was an error with the quantity sent

In order to get six of each type, we ordered six "Pack of 6". The packets are 5 ounces in size However, we only got one packet of data. The packets were reported as missing and a second packet was sent. We contacted customer service about this issue and have been informed that orders are It is worth $15 or more per three of these. They are delicious, but not worth that much. This packet contains 5oz of goodness!.

There was only one package of the 6 I ordered instead of them all

This pepper is one of my favorites. It's great to work with them. As a result, I am giving a low rating because I have received only one package twice in a row when I ordered the 6-package set. I find this incredibly frustrating and it is so difficult to resolve with Amazon's return policy and the inability to speak with anyone about it.

Typical uses include toppings for a wide variety of foods The food is quite good, such as soup, salad, and burgers. In the past two orders, I have received only 5 packets. This is the third time I have ordered the package of 6. As an alternative to returning the entire order, there doesn't seem to be a way for me to communicate to Amazon or the vendor that my order was incomplete and that I would be interested in either a partial refund or re-delivery of my missing item. I probably won't order from this company.
