Despite the name, this product does not contain gluten. For the type of Blue Cheese we use in our recipe, the terms commercial, regular are used.

The way it stays for so long is beyond me. It does not seem like there are any preservatives on the ingredient list?

In order to make the Blue Cheese Salad Dressing, you will need Bleu or Roquefort Cheese Dressing from the supermarket, regular, with lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and chives. The preservative properties of apple cider vinegar make it an effective method of preserving food.

What type of oil does this dressing contain? Is it soybean or canola?
