The dressing I made with this turned out to be the best I've ever made! Let it set for a couple of hours and it will be even better! The chunks of blue cheese can easily be added to the dish if you're missing them. I love how full of blue cheese flavor it is, without any extra flavors added.

I love the taste of blue cheese! As soon as I saw this powdered blue cheese dressing, I was so excited! The powdered blue cheese dip called for in one of my potato salad recipes is no longer available in stores, so I haven't been able to make it for years

There is a flavor to it, but it is If I'm dressing a salad, I want it to stay on the lettuce, not run off into a puddle at the bottom.

It's things like blue cheese dressing that I miss (ed) so much while living in South America. It wasn't until I ordered Dan's Bleu Cheese Mix that I realized how much I missed the flavor. It is hard to find a better blue cheese than Uncle Dan's. usually serve it with Veggies and Buffalo Hot Wings, and I add some Maytag Blue Cheese to make it a little extra special.
