A chunkless approach

This is awful. Normally I buy blue cheese on Amazon, but the local grocery store did not carry it and the one I often buy on Amazon wasn't available right now. To the seniors center I am giving this away. It is better to keep it than toss it. This is the first time I've seen so many.

I don't think it's worth the trouble

They were separated and oily when they arrived. The plane may have gotten hot on the way. The fridge didn't seem to help, so I put it in the freezer. It's a waste of time and energy.
