The Standard "Spicy Brown" has a wide mouth (for the bottle size) blue cap, but the Coarse Grind has a different color cap. You can't go wrong with either one.
A little over a year ago, I purchased a case. The expiration date is in January. It appears that one has about two years to use it as of 2016.
On the label, it says, "Produced with Genetic Engineering." As a result, I suppose the answer is yes. Contents: 1 Grade Mustard Seed, Water, Salt, Spices, White Distilled Vinegar We like it a lot. Decide for yourself.
