The Net Weight 13 is written on the jar. 4 oz. I'd guess it's around 8 oz in volume. The tallest part of the jar measures 5 inches.
Because of the European labeling, it's a little more difficult to respond. based on the label's claim of 100g (How much does one serving cost? ), the amount of salt in the dish is nil. 1 g (no sodium listed— isn't that the same thing? ) In my opinion, this is a very low value.

This was my go-to Mustard when I was still living in Germany, and I spent half of my life there!br>I'm so glad Amazon has made it possible to buy it here now. It's amazing with WeissWurst Brats (which I can't find). Or Pork!.
For my "Bayerisches Frühstück" (Bavarian Breakfast), I use Händlmaiers Sweet Bavarian Mustard. When I lived in Bavaria, I started using this brand. When served with Weisswurst (White Sausages), a soft pretzel, and a German Heffe Weissbier, none of the other sweet mustards I've tried in the US compare to Händlmaiers. I was relieved to discover that it was available in a 13-inch size. 4 oz. jars of various sizes The shipper (Maxton and Company) did an excellent job of packaging the shipment and it arrived on time.
This mustard was given to me by a friend in Germany. The first time I tried it, I was completely smitten. I put it on all of my sausages. It's not overly sweet, but it's sweet enough. It goes well with sausage, potatoes, and veggies. I keep some in my refrigerator at all times and am grateful that I don't have to order it from Germany.
It was the best mustard I'd ever tasted, according to my husband and me. Since then, we've been buying it on Amazon.
We were pleased to discover a German brand that is comparable to Aldi's offerings on this site. We particularly enjoy it with thin pretzels. It's the second time we've ordered the two jars, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys dipping mustard.
" It tastes exactly like regular mustard; I don't detect any sweetness, but it does sting my tongue. I'm guessing something sweet is in the holder's mouth.
The German "wurst" (sausages) were a big hit with us. Händlmaiers Sweet Bavarian Mustard, in particular - When we were there, we couldn't find the same mustard in the US, so we made our own. Amazon and MyGermanCandy are to be congratulated! Thank you for providing us with a US source for a popular Bavarian product.
It tastes great and is very similar to what we get at our local German restaurant.
