So, I double-checked mine and found it to be 1-year-old. I'm hoping it's not the sell-by date because I'm only 18 years old. I've been buying HP sauce for years and have never looked at the expiration date because it's a cooked sauce made in the Netherlands with vinegar as one of the ingredients, and the Dutch would never make anything that would harm us!
I'm not sure why it says $14 when these bottles are normal size, 425 gr or about 15 oz. It costs 38 cents per ounce. Great product at a great price for something that is difficult to come by in the United States.

br>br>As a result, many of you who received a bottle with an expiration date of 01/08/2021 assumed that it would soon expire on January 1, 2021. This isn't correct! On August 1, 2021, the sauce will be out of date.
To begin, I'd like to express my gratitude to Amazon and the sellers/distributors who are now bringing great imported products to our American market, such as HP sauce. I'd wanted to buy HP sauce and other great British products for a long time, but they were both prohibitively expensive and difficult to come by in the United States. This sauce tastes great and is reasonably priced for an imported product on Amazon; it's similar to a mix of Heinz 57 sauce and A-OK sauce. There's only one sauce, and it's fantastic on battered fish! It's a delicious sauce that I'll be keeping on hand all the time now!.
This was mentioned in an article about English cuisine. I made the decision to order it from Amazon and give it a shot. It's very nice and unique. As if BBQ sauce and Tabasco had a child. Tangy. Roast beef, for example, is a perfect match. br>br>Given that it ships from the United Kingdom, the price is extremely reasonable.
I really like the flavor and tanginess of this product. The problem is that it's already three months old and can't be returned. Another Amazon perishable that isn't fit for consumption.
I would have given five stars if the seller had responded quickly and promptly sent me replacement sauce. The first and second orders, however, are both unpleasant to eat. There is no expiration date on this item. We've been Hp fans for years, but if they've changed the recipe and this is now the hp sauce, we'll never buy it again. What a letdown! br>However, I'd like to express my gratitude for your prompt reply. There aren't many sellers who will respond in such a timely manner. I'd buy from you again just for that (but not for the HP sauce).
So good! br>br>Be wary of the Canadian-made goods at Cost Plus World Market. It's A1 stowed away in a bottle of HP. br>br>Be sure to get the genuine article, which is now manufactured in the Netherlands following the Birmingham factory's fire.
Every weekend, I have HP for breakfast and a variety of sandwiches during the week. In our house, it's a must-have item. I'd prefer to get rid of the plastic for environmental reasons, but the squeezy bottles are so much easier to work with than the glass bottles. With the latter, I always end up with the bottom third or so stuck in the bottle's bottom; These, however, are a different story.
it's fantastic It's much easier to dispense now that it's in a squeeze bottle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON A DAILY BASIS!.
