When I bought this for a chop suey recipe, I didn't even realize they were mushrooms, but what a difference it made to my dish! This dish is enhanced by the mushrooms, which are flavorful and delicious and add a robustness otherwise lacking in the past. It was a pleasure buying these mushrooms, and I'll definitely buy them.
