For a long time, I haven't been able to find chipotles in adobo in the grocery store. Covid is most likely to blame. Finally, I couldn't take it any longer and placed an order for them here. While I'm glad to have my beloved chipotles back, I was disappointed to discover that every single can had been severely dented. In this world, there are two kinds of people: Those who are unconcerned and those who are extremely concerned. Which one am I, and how did you figure it out?.
These appear to be a little spicier than the ones I buy at the supermarket, but they definitely taste better. When I cooked some marinated chicken thighs in a can of these, I felt like I needed a respirator, but the flavor was smoky and spicy, exactly what I wanted.
It tastes fantastic!.
It has a strong, thick flavor. Chili is a perfect match.
