Pickled jalapeo slices and nacho chips Even though it isn't quite as crisp as natcho- my old supplier's chips - Currently unavailable - I re-purchased these because they are quite good and reasonably priced

I bottled the contents of the can into seven sterilized pint jars and put the rest of it in the back of the fridge. The extra liquid works wonders as a marinade for raw carrot slices.
