What's the dressing on the harvest grain salad?

The texture, the 'nutty' grains, the crunchy almonds, the sweetness of the cranberries, and the tanginess of the dressing were all a complete taste extravaganza for us! It was fantastic with a Greek dish I had it with - I can't seem to locate it now. What's going on here?

Still tasty, but I wish the grains' packaging hadn't been changed

This salad is one of my favorites, but it is no longer available in any of the local supermarkets. I'm sure I could eat an entire one for lunch. The only difference is that the packaging has been changed. When you used to boil the grains in the bag they came in and then run them under cold water, I liked it. I guess too many people skipped over the directions and just opened the bag, resulting in a disaster. It's too bad, because the original was much simpler and less messy. If you were paying attention, you would have noticed something. ) Nonetheless, this salad is one of my favorites, and the dressing complements it beautifully.

This salad is fantastic. When I make it, I can't get enough of it. The crunch of nuts and the chewiness of dried fruits combine in this slightly tart dressing. There are so many good grains in this recipe!.

This is my kind of stuff! This salad is one of my favorites, but I can no longer find it in the market

It isn't labeled gluten-free, but it contains no gluten ingredients, and I've eaten it numerous times with no issues. To make it a more complete meal, add some chicken, tuna, or whatever you want.
