Thank you for your inquiry. Expiration or "Best by" dates are assigned to various lots of inventory. When it comes to these deadlines, Amazon's fulfillment system is very strict. A customer can't buy a product if the expiration date is less than 50 days away. A product is removed from inventory as soon as it reaches this date or less. FYI - Most dry pasta products have dates that are six months or more out. There are 12 months left until the expiration date. I hope this has been of assistance.

I've been a fan of this type for a long time! I'm not sure why it's gone out of print. I have to order everything from the comfort of my own home.
None of the pasta salad boxes are usable or edible.
This salad is fantastic. I just wish it wasn't so costly.
I really like this product, but we can't find it in stores, so I have to order it online. I just wish all four boxes hadn't been crushed on their way to my house:.
