Having bought the card over a year ago, it has an expiration date of over a year. I ordered them from Amazon on backorder, but when they finally arrived, their packages were in pretty bad shape. When I looked at the expiration date, I found that it was just over two months since I purchased them. I wondered how long they had been sitting on a shelf before I discovered You should make sure to read the expiration dates when you buy Knorr sides from Amazon.
It has a spicy flavor, but it doesn't burn your mouth. A meat dish like steak or pork would be good with this sauce. There are about 1/4 that many vegetables in it (likely less than that) and so much pasta that the dish does not taste like rice. There is no way to detect soybeans or sesame if they are present. The picture is hard to make out. I would not call this fried rice, though I think it was similar to it. served as a tasty side, but I was left wishing for my favorite chicken fried rice. Despite still giving it 5 stars, I would recommend preparing it as a small meal or side, and adding it to a meal plan. Quite good value for the money.

Add a few extra ingredients, such as cheese and a bit of meat, such as chicken breast or spam or some shrimp, a can of vegetables, beef jerky, etc. and you are making a tasty side dish that's perfect for a meal.
When you are not in the mood to cook, the Knorr sides in Rice are the very best. If you add leftovers or a frozen steam bag of vegetables, you have a complete meal for two or four people! There used to be a $1 price tag on these on Amazon. Without needing to use Prime Pantry, the item can be purchased for $10. I am sorry to hear that Amazon has discontinued its service. Stores in neighborhoods where they are sold are selling them for a maximum of four for five dollars. My favorite thing would be for Amazon to go back to giving us elderly and large families on tight budgets the everyday price of $1.
