Questions & Answers
In order of quantity, the following ingredients: Food coloring, paprika, pepper, garlic, thyme, cloves, parsley, rosemary, nutmeg, and saffron are among the ingredients.
I believe it depends on whether you're adding it to a paella box mix that already contains spices or if it's the only spice you're using. I buy pre-made box mixes that include seasoned rice and a can of fish, which I then add to the mix. I use about 4 teaspoons of this seasoning and add chicken, crab meat, and sausage. As a general rule, when using saffron seasoning, the final dish should be fairly red. At least that's how much flavor I like, so I'd season to taste with this flavoring.

Not enough liquid in the bottle. I've been making paellas for over 40 years and consider myself to be an expert. The flavor of this spice blend is actually quite good in paella, though I do add some smoked paprika, which I believe improves the flavor. The downside is that I think it's a bit pricey for the amount you get. I'm not sure if this is normal or if my bottle was filled incorrectly, but it appeared to be about an inch short of being full.
It improves the flavor of my paella and gives the rice a nice yellow color. Highly recommended.
grilled sausages, crabmeat, and chicken - However, it is this spice that gives it the flavor of a Spanish dish - Yummy!.
It'll be fantastic for you. So good.
