The pizza that I ordered accidentally was 3 cheese when I meant to order pepperoni, but it was The deep dish pizza comes in a baking pan which you coat in oil and then cook in an oven, which keeps the crust from getting overcooked and really dry like Giordano's pizzas, which were a disappointment to me. The sauce was vibrant and full of flavor. I highly recommend this book!.

The pie (cheese and sausage) was very good, but I found that the sausage patties used (instead of bulk sausage) were not quite right Then put it. It is something I would purchase again, but maybe I'll try the pepperoni one next time.
