It is impossible to compare Lou Malnati's to other places that offer pizza. All of the products are delivered on time, in perfect condition, and without damage. A very good packaging system is used, even in the summer when it might be frozen. The sauce taste like fresh tomatoes, and the cheese is superb. My favorite part of their crust is how evenly it cooks and how crunchy it is. My family keeps at least two frozen on hand at all times, it is a staple.

My cooking at home has never come close to that which I've tried. The food at Lou Malnati's isn't as good in person, but compared to anything we get here in Texas, it is much better.

There is not much pepperoni on the pizza. The crust had an unpleasant taste of flour. I would have sent this back to any Chicago pizzeria if it had been served to me.
