I'm not sure why you'd want to, but there's no reason why you shouldn't. Of course, if you don't open the can before freezing it, it will burst.
Snows are Bumble Bees, and yes, some sugar has been added.
Each of the cans I purchased contained just under 1/4 cup. To get one cup of clams, I would have needed approximately 5 cans. That was, however, a long time ago.
However, I am in Connecticut and had no problems.

I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into because our local store didn't have 'Snow's. ' But I'm really excited about this brand because I adore clams. They're one of my most beloved sea creatures. foods. Canned clams, on the other hand, can be used in a variety of ways. These clam cans are only about a quarter full. I'm not sure why the quantity is so low, but it's very disappointing. Only a thin layer of clams remains in the bottom after I've poured all of the water out of the can. I'm not one of those clam-like people. So, I'm not sure if they shrink in size during canning, but these cans contain an absurdly small amount of food. To get one full can of clams, you'll need at least three cans. Having said that, these clams are absolutely delectable! I cook with them frequently and rarely add salt to meals where I use these clams because they are not too chewy, perfectly salty, have a great texture, and have a super yummy taste. They're salty enough on their own to make a complete meal. br>br>My main concern with this brand is the origin of the clams. My first batch was produced in the United States (it was grown, harvested, and packaged there). This piqued my interest! Foreign-language films do not appeal to me. the sea level has been raised foods (the majority of which originate in Asia) based countries with a history of questionable agricultural practices). So when I discovered that these clams were all made in the United States, I knew I'd be buying Snow's brand exclusively from now on. Unfortunately, the clams in my second shipment were not American. They came from India this time. I don't know much about the Indian Ocean. I'm sure they aren't as strict as many North American, South American, and European countries when it comes to food practices. As a result, I was not pleased. That being said, the taste and quality were identical to those found in the United States. I'm just not sure what kind of environment the clams were raised in or if they were exposed to polluted water. That is, in fact, my main concern. Snow's, on the other hand, can't be beat for the price. If the cans were more full, and they were all made in the United States, Without a doubt, this product is a five-star product. However, I could only give this three stars because some of my cans are from India and are only 1/4 full.
When I first opened the first can, I was surprised to find only a few clams inside! Normally, I use two cans of ny linguine and clam sauce, but I used three this time! Are they real or fake? Is it seconds or minutes? Not a good idea.
For six cans, this is a great deal. For a delectable clam chowder, we used four cans. Each can contains a 50/50 mixture of clam juice and chopped meat. Clams of excellent quality.
I always add a can of chopped or minced clams to canned clam chowder because it never has enough clams. These are fantastic!.
I like to serve these over Angel Hair pasta with parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil and garlic (warm the garlic first).
It's great for stuffing fresh clams with and making white clam sauce with.
Bumble Bee's Snow's chopped clams are just as good as any other chopped clam. Plus, they're now in my pantry, ready to eat.
This is something I keep in our pantry all of the time - For decades, I've been purchasing these. I'm a sucker for linguine and clams, and these deliver in spades!.
