I love how sweet and briny it is

It's a nice treat that has a firm, sweet, and smoky texture. It was delicious with crackers and a little hot sauce I sliced the chunks thinly. It takes you to another level with a nice cold Red Stripe The price was a little high, but worth it! I purchased direct from the supplier. It is highly recommended for those who like geoduck or who are looking for a different culinary experience.
