After letting the first half of the clams stew, I decided to give the remaining half a dose of malt vinegar—and it did not disappoint The flavors from it are almost as intense as the clams themselves, but it just made them much better. The razor clams I have had in the past have always been steamed. Were these interesting to say the least? They probably won't come to me again, but I probably won't get them again.
