It's great to have papaya seed dressing on hand! My regular purchase of this during my 27 years on Kauai was in bottles, as I typically bought it from a grocery store. I like to use it as a marinade on shrimp, but it is great on salads as well. Right now, I don't have access to it since I live in California. It is hard to think of anything particular that I did not like about this little packet, but in Hawaii this would probably cost about a dollar. There is a price premium, but the flavor makes up for it.
When I was on Kauai, I had my first experience with this food. have had it at numerous restaurants and have fallen in love with it! This was on the island, so I bought a few of them, but not enough since we ran out so This was easy to find on Amazon, thank you. There are certainly more expenses here, but since it is so good, I don't even mind the cost. There's enough in there to keep me satisfied until my next trip to Kauai (when I return I'll have to fully stock up).
