Three of these have been placed on our order. The one can we were able to consume had a good taste and quality. It's the same as the smaller cans, and it's a good deal. We have a large family, so not having to open a bunch of cans to feed everyone was a welcome relief. The issue is that they were all dented when they were delivered. One had a minor dent on one side, but the other two had deep, sharp dents in their seams and had to be discarded. It's not worth the bother of contacting them for refunds until they improve their shipping game.
I ordered six 64oz cans of Dole Mandarin Oranges (12 cans) in two separate orders. The orders were nonreturnable, but the price was great, especially considering the lack of mandarin oranges in my Los Angeles stores for weeks. They arrived in three perfect heavy-weight cartons on time. Fruit is tasty, if slightly overcooked, and there is plenty of liquid, though this is a Dole issue, and Fed canning requirements may still be met. All but one of the cans, however, was dingy, 6- 7 were badly damaged, with some having dents on two-thirds of them. there are three sides I've requested a refund from Amazon for the worst cans. If I want to order these again, I'll have to think about it carefully.
I have no idea what's going on, but I paid a lot of money to have it delivered to my house, and I expect it to be in good shape.
Six out of ten cans I ordered were severely dented when they arrived. There are significant dents around the edge and sides, not just small dings. One of the boxes was completely broken open when it arrived - Clearly, the tape wasn't up to the task. This is the first and last time I have ordered these.
When I was in the hospital for nearly a month this summer, I became addicted to oranges. I eat them almost every day, and the juice in the cans, mixed with ice water, makes a fantastic drink.
Excellent value for money, as well as excellent service. Dole is always a safe bet. Their products are consistently of the highest quality, flavorful, and delectable.
They also packaged and sent it with my chocolate chips, which could cause my chocolate chip bag to explode.
One of the two cans is severely damaged, and there is no guarantee of a refund. That's reasonable, and yes, sarcasm is used.
