It was necessary for me to check the box. Regrettably, no. It's written in small print - Dole is the manufacturer of this product. This item is made in China. That makes me angry, but I don't believe these oranges are grown in the United States. That's something I'm going to look into.

We live in a small town in Alaska, and fresh fruit is rarely delivered to our supermarket. Then there's the fact that we never get mandarin oranges. Nonetheless, they are without a doubt one of my foster children's favorite foods! My kids and I adore healthy snacks, and they come home hungry every day after school. Fresh fruit is our go-to snack when it's available. But if it isn't, we have fruit cups!br>br>These delectable mandarin oranges are packaged in small plastic cups with easily removable plastic wrapper tops. Plastic is made of plastic. I understand how difficult it is to create environmentally friendly products. Although I appreciate the environmentally friendly and efficient packaging for canned foods, I think it's a shame that every serving of these delicious fruit packs contributes to our landfill. If only they could find biodegradable packaging for fruit cups!
