My experience with these figs is that I'm constantly looking for substitutes for fresh figs because I don't have access to fresh figs. My heart aches. You can't really go wrong with them The fruit is indeed soft and moist, and it's not made up of a layer of I don't like how they taste, even though they're in a glass jar. It's like drinking canned beer when you're used to draft or bottled beer. I think that if you're like me and are looking for the true luscious experience of fresh figs, you should do what I did after my A small tree will bear fruit if you buy it and wait for it.
